Poker is often credited to a French settlers of New Orleans. Persian sailors are also believed to have introduced the game to the New World. It is not clear if the name of the game comes from its original origin or from the game of primero, which is a Spanish game similar to poker.<\/p>\n
Players choose their actions based on the probability or psychology of each situation. A pair of aces is the lowest possible hand, followed by sevens, fives, and fours. If a player has two or more distinct pairs, plus a fifth card, they can be considered “nuts.” They can be the best hand at any given moment.<\/p>\n
